Where are sessions held?

We train outdoors across UK venues — parks, athletics tracks and dedicated outdoor gyms. Booking confirms the nearest session location and a meeting point with the coach. If you need a specific town, WhatsApp us and we’ll confirm availability for that area.

What does a session include?

A focused, sport-specific session: dynamic warm-up, targeted drills for speed/power/agility, strength circuits, and a coached cool-down. Sessions are calibrated for measurable performance outcomes.

Do you offer packages or single sessions?

Both. Single sessions and multi-session packages exist; pricing and package details are provided after enquiry. For testing we list placeholders — update before publish.

What if it rains?

We train in most weathers; safety is prioritised. The coach will confirm session status in advance if conditions create a hazard. WhatsApp is the fastest way to get same-day updates.

Can I train for a specific sport?

Yes — sessions are tailored. Tell us your sport, position and target (e.g., 40m sprint time) on the intake form and coaches will design drills to match.
